This policy explains how Coreframe Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, handles information collected through this website. It applies to this site only — client engagements are governed by their own agreements and NDAs.

We collect very little and there is no account system. Any analytics or advertising cookies are strictly opt-in — they load only if you accept the cookie banner, and never before. The two ways you can share information with us are emailing us directly and using the chat assistant. We never sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies only, by default. We store one small first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice — nothing else runs without your say-so.

If you accept the banner, we may load analytics and retargeting tags (for example a LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Analytics) to understand which channels bring people here and to reach similar visitors elsewhere. Decline, or ignore the banner, and none of them load. Your choice is remembered for six months; clear the cookie to be asked again.

What information do we collect?

Email: if you contact umarbinali28@gmail.com, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and project details.

Chat assistant: messages you type into the chat widget are sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Don't share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.

Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard technical logs such as IP address and request metadata for security and reliability.

How do we use your information?

To reply to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, and operate the chat assistant. If you opt into analytics cookies, also to measure which channels bring people here and to run retargeting. We don't send unsolicited mail.

When and with whom do we share information?

Chat messages are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider behind the assistant) under their API terms. The site is hosted on Vercel. If you accept analytics cookies, tag providers such as LinkedIn and Google receive the usage data those tags collect, under their own terms. We share nothing else, and we never sell personal data.

How long do we keep it?

Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry or engagement. Chat conversations are not stored by this website beyond what is needed to generate the reply.
